The task of the Bulk Tank is to receive the raw product from the bin dumper, and clean and separate the product stream from trash and debris. The bulk tank provides the traying line with a consistent product volume for further processing. There are several sizes and configurations;
The standard Bulk Tank, model BT-01, includes all of the current state of the art features including an undulating lower grate, displaced water tank, trash conveyor, surface spray, powered leaf rake, and variable discharge elevator. Options include stainless steel construction, and a hydraulic power unit. The BT-01 is recommended for use with a single bin dumper.
The large Bulk Tank, LBT-01 is a larger version of the standard Bulk Tank, and is capable of holding larger volumes and supports high production applications. Options include stainless construction, and several sizes to meet increased production needs.
