For small volume and new businesses just getting started, the Harvest Saver has proven to be a great "first dryer". The dehydration protocols developed at the Harvest Saver level scale up to the larger capacity dryers very closely. The Harvest Saver holds eleven trays, totaling 66 square feet of drying area. The Harvest Saver shares the same air velocity, temperatures and humidity controls as our larger capacity system, so you will not have to re-learn your drying recipe, when you move up to a bigger system.
For applications that require medium production levels, the Klamath and McKenzie tray dryers provide the operator with two options that are capable of "growing" with the business.

The Klamath is a fixed rack dryer that uses additional sections to add capacity and "grow" with your business. The basic system holds one stack of 50 trays. Each additional section holds another 50 trays. You can add up to three additional sections without changing the Klamath's heater or fan system.

The McKenzie uses dollies (racks on wheels) to carry the product-laden trays. The basic McKenzie holds 3 dollies, each dolly carrying 128 trays. Each addition section holds one dolly, with a maximum of three additional dollies.
