The Rover is a unique tunnel drying system, capable of traveling to the crop instead of
bringing the crop to the dryer. Quality has not been sacrificed for mobility. The Rover is a
powerful, rugged, compact dryer that is highly flexible, and provides a consistent, high quality product.
The rugged tubular steel construction and heavy-duty industrial axles attest to the durability of the
Rover. Fully insulated and finished in industrial enamel, the Rover comes standard with a multi-vane fan powered by
a 20 hp electric motor. The size for both the fan and motor can be customized to whatever size necessary. Two large rear doors
assist in fast loading and unloading, while a third side door can be used to create counterflow or
parallel air flow configurations. The 200 degrees Fahrenheit maximum working temperature is
reached using a CDS direct fired natural gas (propane or butane) burner.
Versatility makes the Rover a natural for drying a wide range of products. Thermostatic temperature control and adjustable air recirculation provide the means to precisely
dictate the drying process of your product.
The Rover has all the features you would expect from a high quality
traditional dryer, but with the added convenience of being completely mobile with the help of a
full-size pick-up truck.
