The ST-1/H/X is a laboratory style test dryer,
designed for scientific study, and the development
of dehydration protocols. It is a powerful tool, that accurately emulates large production dryers,
and yet is relatively small and compact, fitting into most laboratory settings.
The ST-1/H/X provides the professional food technician with a dynamic system, capable of both
vertical and horizontal air flows, with variable air velocities from 70 to 1,000 feet per minute.
Discrete temperature control from ambient to 250 degrees (F) gives this dryer a wide range of
operation. Relative humidity is monitored and controlled as well. Testing in the ST-1/H/X is
precise and repeatable. This state of the art dryer gives its operators the edge in today's
competitive dehydration market.
