Perforated vs Solid Trays

If you're handling liquids or small seeds, opt for solid trays to prevent these materials from slipping through any gaps. Conversely, for items like fruits or pet treats that are too large to fall through openings, choose perforated trays with the largest mesh size available. This ensures optimal airflow for your product and quicker drying times.
Mesh Tray Liners
We provide two mesh tray liner sizes for your dehydrator: large and small mesh. Both options ensure sufficient airflow for effective drying. For larger items, such as protein snacks or pet treats, our customers often prefer the large mesh liners, as they accommodate bigger pieces. Conversely, the small mesh liners are perfect for smaller fruits, preventing them from slipping through the gaps you'd find in the larger mesh.
