The CDS Tray Stacker, a critical component in the dehydration process, facilitates efficient handling of wet, product-laden trays by receiving them from the Trayer/Spreader. It individually lifts each tray, placing it onto the stack on the Tunnel Car.
The CDS Tray Stacker is equipped with an in-feed conveyor and a Tunnel Car Ram to streamline operations.
Available in various sizes to accommodate different tray dimensions, the Stacker model S-72 is specifically designed for standard wood trays measuring 36 inches by 72 inches by 3.125 inches.
Additional features include options for stainless steel construction, variable speed controls, and a hydraulic power unit, enhancing its adaptability and performance in demanding environments.
